Saturday Snapshot

Saturday Snapshot is hosted by Alyce of At Home With Books.  It’s easy to participate – just post a picture that was taken by you, a friend, or a family member and add your link on Alyce’s site.

We have a drive-thru safari in a neighboring town, and I love to take my little one there during school breaks.  She goes to a year-round school, so she has breaks at different times than most schools, the upside is we get to go do things when it’s not very crowded.

Sweet lil’ baby!

Nosy bird!

This picture makes me smile – my great aunt petting the camel.  We had a great day!

Aw!  He let me hug him!

My little one had the best time – she got to pet huge camels, feed ostrich (ostriches?), deer, buffalo and camels.

  1. I love the emu shots! Looks a fun place. That first photo of the fawn is gorgeous.

    • Thanks, we had a great time, and I’m hoping to go back soon. At different times we’ve been able to pet new babies while we were there – baby kangaroos and baby tigers!
